BEST PLACE TO TAKE A PET!!
Twice now Dr. Pals has without an appointment or hesitation helped me deal with a crisis with my animals, over the summer he helped me get rid of a fly larva that embedded into the neck of a kitten we found in our corn field. Not only did he not over charge us , he allowed my boys to help remove the larva that was in the kittens neck (it was so gross, but my boys loved it) he then treated the kitten and also sent home extra medicine to treat the other kitten we found. And yesterday despite not really knowing much about domesticated ducks he once again stopped everything to help me when I came in with my pet duck. He could have very well turned me away since ducks weren’t exactly his expertise, but instead he was kind, thorough and sympathetic after the duck had passed. He didn’t charge me anything for his time and said he would always help if I needed anything in the future! I doubt anyone else would have taken the time to help my pet duck they way that he did. I will always be thankful for their services. He’s wonderful and so is hi staff!!!

I have never felt so comfortable entrusting the care and health of my dog to anyone else! Dr. Pals takes his time, is thorough, and nurtures each dog for where they are at. I won’t go to any other vet now! Dr. Pals also came into my classroom and did an annual/geriatric vet presentation on my dog as an educational experience for 4th graders. My students LOVED it and learned so much!

Doc Pals is absolutely amazing and we would not trust our pets with anyone else. He truly has a gift and his staff is very friendly and patient. They offer grooming and affordable pet services.

Dr. Pals and his staff are fantastic. They take their time to explain everything from shots to procedures all while loving on your pet. My Jackson doesn’t love getting his shots but he loves the snacks they offer him. So glad we found Dr. Pals!

We took our two dogs to Dr. Pals expecting excellent care and received that and so much more. He took the time to hear the stories of both dogs–the most recent addition a rescue Terrier. He explained his diagnosis thoroughly and gave us great recommendations for home treatment. And our wallet is thankful for his prices.

Had a great experience with Dr. Pals when we got our new puppy! Caring, responsive services. He and his staff are patient, truly love animals, and are very knowledgeable. Dropped in to ask a question one day, and the doc even came out to see the puppy and prescribe extra medicine on the spot! Reasonable rates, very happy.

I can not say enough about how amazing Dr. Pals and his staff are. I have an adorable but high maintenance Wheaten Terrier “NASH” that absolutely loves coming to see everyone at the clinic because they treat him as if he is one of their own. It’s such a relief to have peace of mind that your fur baby is in such great hands from check ups to vaccinations to boarding. A big THANK YOU to Doc and staff and I highly recommend this hospital to everyone!

We stopped in for some yearly vaccinations and our dogs, Chase + Roni, were well taken. We really felt like Dr. Pals had their best interests in mind because we got to talking about different treatments and routines that would really benefit the dogs. The facilities are clean + welcoming, the staff is super friendly + knowledgeable, and the clinic has a small town feel which we absolutely love! We also like how practical and progressive this clinic is with their treatment options. We will definitely be back!

Dr. Pals was amazing! Very accommodating and very kind. I needed to have my cats tail fixed after an accident with a door that resulted in a degloving of the end of her tail. He was vary personable and informative. Immediately when I talked to him for the first time, I felt very comfortable with my animal in his care. He was quick to take action and even stayed after hours to help my cat. I would recommend them to anyone that needed help. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am!

We have been taking our pups to this clinic for over 5 years. They have treated our dogs for numerous conditions, allergies, and emergencies. They are the absolute best in town! The staff and Dr. Pals go above and beyond for your pets, and they are a truly just a joy to be around…even my pups think so. We will never stop taking our dogs here!

The staff treat my cats like their own family. Everyone knows and loves my kitten. When I had him neutered, he spent the night, and the wonderful staff took the time to call me and let me know he was recovering well, and also getting lots of love and treats. Reassuring and compassionate. The vets are always patient with my millions of questions.
Last note- I am a college student scraping by, so I checked everywhere to compare prices. This office was the most affordable local option.
I look forward to many happy, healthy years of pets at this office!

They are the most caring, loving, and friendly people. The staff is awesome; they are so good to my dog. Doctor Vida is my dog’s vet, and she is the best. She is the kindest, sweetest, and most compassionate vet I have ever met. She is truly a blessing to me and my dog and knows what she is doing. Now that she is my pet’s vet, my dog is finally getting the help she has needed for some time. Thank you to the staff and doctors, you guys are the best.

Our dogs love them. Highly knowledgeable and caring staff. Never had an issue or bad experience, and with a high-maintenance dog, we are there quite often. I was new to the area and blindly picked this office, but I sure am glad I did!

This animal hospital is phenomenal. I took my golden retriever here at the end of her life, and the staff was so kind and helpful. They helped explain everything to me and made sure she was comfortable during her final days. The employees really treat the animals as if they were their own.

Terrific service, friendly staff, and the doctor was awesome and took the time to talk to you. Our two cats got fixed and got rabies shots, two dogs got rabies shots, and one dog got fixed. All at once. Prices are great.

Fantastic staff and vet! Gilbert actually liked going to the vet for once. He really liked the vet, and that is very unusual for him. He has been through a lot in his life. The staff is fantastic, very attentive and he ate all that attention up. The service level was extraordinary. This will be our vet going forward. I highly recommend them!

My lovely girl Summer came with a really bad diagnosis. They called me right away to get her in with a plan and an estimate. They kept me updated the whole time, and even with the new complications during the surgery, they were able to help us out. The big thank you goes to Ciera and Doctor Barradas for getting my girl through this difficult time and all the team who gave her all the love she needed. After almost three days she got to come home and will hopefully have a great and fast recovery.

Mr. Bugz is home and feeling much better! I had noticed he couldn’t urinate and got him in right away. They informed me it was more serious than I had thought and treated him quickly and professionally. They then gave me all the knowledge I needed to take care of him after being seen and sent me on my way with the meds and special food they suggested. I take my other cats here, and they treat them all as if they were their first kitten. Very nice staff and the doctor didn’t want to break my wallet either. 10/10 recommend!!

Love this facility and staff. From my dog’s emergency surgery to my other dog injuring his back to all the vaccines and nail trims. They have been so kind and sincere. I wouldn’t take my pups anywhere else.

The staff at LaPorte Animal Hospital were friendly and informative. The assistant saw me almost immediately and I only waited approximately 3 min for the veterinarian to come into the exam room. Her exam was thorough and quick. We were in and out for our annual exam in 20 minutes, which also included vaccinations and blood work. I was extremely happy, as usual, with the care of my dog.

My cat had gotten sick and we took him to LaPorte Animal Hospital. I felt welcomed right away. The ladies there were all great and very caring. The vet doctor was just as amazing. She took her time to talk to me and answer all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Sadly, our poor Charley didn’t make it. We got a new kitten and just took her in for her shots. When we arrived, we were told how sorry they were about Charley. They only met him once, but they made me feel like they had known him for a while. I am happy to say we chose this animal Hospital, and I know the newest addition to our family, Capone, is in trusted hands!
